I could only spell it with an E--after all, the Maude of Maudes, Dame Marjorie Chardin (http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/5862/harold.htm). I absolutely love the name, due to her. It's sweet and old and wonderful and quoteable--and just generally good.
I think that I would like something equally old but more elaborate with the name Maude. Maude Alexandra works, but I'm not a big fan of Alexandra. Here are names I would like with it:

I can definitely see why you prefer the spelling Maude. :) The extra 'E' is admittedly a bit too frilly for me. I think there was once a time in which I preferred the 'Maude' spelling but somewhere along the way, the 'E' got dropped.
Of the names you've listed, I like Maud Victoire and Maud Georgina, though I'm not too quick to ignore Maud Faustina, being a fan of von Göthe's Faust.
