AND my last question could you use Heath and Thea in the same sibset? I was wondering whether it would work with them having same letters? Just because Thea is my favourite girl name at the moment...

I think that Heath and Thea would be fine as a sibset. Sure, one ends in the TH sound and the other begins with it, but I don't think that that's an impediment.
