I adore Raphael, so that would get the nod from me.
Thomas is lovely but very popular.
I'm afraid when I see the name Ira, I just think of the Irish Republican Army (IRA) and that ruins it for me. In the same vein, I only ever think of ETA when I see the name Etta, but perhaps that is just how my mind works.
