A search in Google for Ludovica in Cyrillic - лудовика - gives only around 600 hits. With this beeing a Slavic name and currently in use there should be at least thousands of hits. For me this is one more hint that - as usual, by the way - the information on BtN is quite correct: Ludovica has no Slavic origin and probably even isn't in general use in Slavic countries right now.
