When J and Naomi's children were 5, 3, and 3, the couple decided to take them on a year long European tour. It was a great experience, and not long after it began, Naomi found out she was pregnant. Kate was born on the last leg of the trip and was named in spirit of her "homeland".

Not long after they returned home, Naomi was pregnant once more. Andrew Isaiah was born the day of his big sissy Kate's first birthday.

After the twins headed off to college, the house started to get lonely with only Juliet, Pip, and their 'rents still living in it. After much consideration, Elad and Ayelet decided that adoption was the way to go. Little Maia is very sweet and absolutely adores her new older sister, Juliet.
