I agree that Boo sounds ridiculous! And I think it is a great sibset even though I wouldn't use those names individually.

I am happy to see Oliver but sad that it's getting so much use... I fear it will become a no-no!
Wilf? They couldn't even give the kid a full name and spare him having only an unattractive sounding syllable? And Xanthe Boo? Really? Eek.
Ffionn interests me. I wonder if it's actually a name. I guess Ffion could be masculine, too. Or maybe it's just a typo and was supposed to be Fionn!
I do like Alexander Stuart quite a bit, but the rest seem pretty much your run of the mill English BAs. Most are nice, but not terribly interesting to me.

I thought the same thing about Wilf! I assume it's parents who like the old-fashioned nickname trend but want something much less common than Alfie or Charlie. I don't watch Doctor Who either but Hufflepuffer may be onto something. I think Martha shot up the charts partly due to that.
I've never heard of Ffion being used on a boy but the BA definitely described him as a big brother and tbh I'm not that familiar with Welsh names to know.
And Xanthe Boo - not my style at all!!

See, I'm wondering if, this being in England, the parents of Wilf were at all influenced by the character on Doctor Who. I know a lot of people really like his character, and the name itself is kinda old fashioned. That or maybe it's a family name?
