[Games] Ashley’s Generation Congrats - Sign-Ups

This is mostly a simple congrats, but you get to choose how many children you/your couple has. If you want the couple to adopt, just say the word. Same-sex couples are certainly welcome as well.
How the naming will work is that for generation 1, it is free choice, and for the generations following, I’ll give namebanks.
There will probably be 4 generations.

Rosemary Elise keeps her married name Holland because she wants the same last name as her children, and Carolina chooses to use it as well.
