I really like both names. Desmond Rhys and Rhys Owen are excellent combos. The flow of Desmond Jorgen is a bit off.
Going with Desmond Rhys would allow you to use both Desmond and Rhys. Either Desmond or Rhys would work with Heidi, but I think that Rhys goes with Heidi a bit better.
