Oh God, why did I open this thread? Anything titled "K Birth Announcements" is sure to make my eyes bleed.
Katana is just dumb, and Kailan-Kayden-Keaton-Kian-Kylan made my eyes glaze over.
If Katie Jane and Katie May had really been Katherine Jane and Katherine May, those would've been gorgeous. Ditto for Kate Emily. Katrina Alice is quite nice, though.
I do love Katarina to bits, though, and I also love Katja (but only as a nickname).

I know a Kate Emily who's just turned 21. She has an older sister Jane - whose mn if any I don't know.
