Not really. I don't think it's usable in today;s society. I know that Madison and Ashley can still be thought of as masculine despite their overuse on girls. However, Evelyn is totally unimaginable on men today. It's pretty much hopeless as a boys' name IMO.

Well, yes, I certainly can't see it used on a boy IRL. I used to even not be able to hypothetically think of it as masculine, but one day it suddenly got stuck in my head as potentially masculine. I get where you're coming from, though.
