[Opinions] Re: Birth Announcements - What do you think?
in reply to a message by Lissa Hannah
There are quite a few interesting ones there. These are just some I had particular opinions on:
Natalia Cecibel - Natalia is beautiful. Cecibel sounds so melodic in this combo, but I wonder where it comes from? It reminds me of "decibel" a bit, and of Cecil.
Cocoa - Dreadful. She won't be taken seriously in many contexts with a name like that. It would be a cute nickname.
Emily Michelle - Yawn! What a bland combo.
Thalia Marie - Just lovely. Well, Thalia is lovely and so refreshing. Marie is rather an anti-climax.
Courtney Nichole - Can't stand this. It's so 80's trendy, and I picture a spoilt brat.
Haley Grace - Understated but pretty. I'd prefer Haylie Grace.
Lyric Meolani - Lyric is adorable, but needs a more traditional middle name I think.
As usual, the boys' names are less inspired. Christopher, Joseph, James, Dylan, Daniel ... they are so samey it's depressing :-(
