On the one year anniversary of their wedding, Alma gave birth. It was the best anniversary present they could have wished for. A pair of healthy boy/girl twins was born to Alma and Cole.

This little boy almost died at birth. He was born rather prematurely. He wasn't a very healthy little thing to begin with. Cole and Alma gave him a name that they felt was very strong and would give him courage and hope.

Alma's younger sister and her family has come to live with Cole and Alma. Alma's younger sister's husband passed away from cancer. She and her three young children needed a place to stay and Alma and Cole were willing to share their home with her. She also has a fourth little one on the way.
