The only one I don't like is Prudence. I don't like the sound of it (or the mm Prue) and I don't think it's a great virtue to be named after, either! But I LOVE the other 3. I really don't know what my favourite is - maybe Constance, than Temperance? I think all 3 have a lovely sound to them, and lovely meanings.
I'm not too sure on nicknames - the obvious one for Temperance is Tempe (pron. Temp-ee) which is just because I watch a lot of Bones! You could also use Perry. I cant actually think of any for the others, sorry!
