I love Constance :) I like it without a nickname, but I suppose Connie is alright-ish. Conna? Tanza (via Constanza... maybe too much of a stretch)
Patience is a little too 'wordy' for me, but it would be interesting to meet one. Pat?
Prudence is nms, and people would probably make fun of a Prudence "Prue" by calling her "Prude"...
