I was laid off earlier this year. The library I was interning at closed down and I've been looking for a job ever since. No such luck yet but hopefully soon.
Year Two
Ormonde finished writing his book! And, even better, a publishing company has expressed interest in it.

Our friend down the street was in a terrible car accident, leaving her sixteen-year-old twin girls orphaned. Of course, Ormonde and I adopted them as soon as we talked to the girls and they now live with us. Both Joss and Serenity are dealing with the loss as well as they can and are in therapy to help.

I was told I was pregnant by my sister. And she's not a Doctor or anything she just...sensed it, apparently. But, she was right and about eight months after she told me so we welcomed little Evangalista into the world.
Year Five
I'd found a job working at a library two towns over and they raised my pay when I worked there for only six months. The manager says I'm doing an amazing job.
Joss and Serenity went off to university this year. Joss to George Brown to pursue her art and Serenity to Labrador to pursue Marine Biology.
Year Six
Name - Gabriel Ethan Bartalotti

Gabriel was born on the same day as Evangalista, which was quite a shock as he wasn't due for another week. Evangalista isn't that happy about sharing her birthday but understands that it isn't her brother's fault.
Year Seven
Ormonde and I decided to get a puppy, a German Shepherd who Evangalista named Aurora or Rory, for short. Rory's a good-natured puppy who's great around our small children.
Year Eight

Victoria was born six week early, and was kept in the hospital for another week after she was born. Fortunately, after extensive testing, the Doctor's told us that she was alright and she probably won't have any ill-effects.

I have my dream job! I manage the library branch I work at and it's the best thing ever!

Name - Nathalie Maren Bartalotti
Hair - Brown, straight

Age - 16
Ormonde and I decided to open up our home to any children who needed it and were placed with an twelve-year-old girl from Australia. Nathalie is a very angry pre-teen but both Ormonde and I feel that she could fit in well here, given time.

We adopted another set of twins, this time thirteen-year-olds from Vancouver. Red and Edgar are your typical males - loud, abrasive and obsessed with sports but both are kind and get along well with all of our children.
Year Twelve
Nathalie has been diagnosed with asthma, which isn't so bad. When the Doctor's told us that she would need a puffer we quickly assented.
Year Thirteen
Ormonde had to take a business trip to Toronto. He needed to go to a conference there.

Ormonde's brother Vicente, and his wife Charlie, died in a mugging gone wrong - leaving their four daughters. After only a few days deliberation Ormonde and I decided that we had to take them in. Alicia, Nerissa and Hunter cry out the most, the youngest two more during the night, but Tansy excels at comforting them. We have insisted that the girl's see a psychiatrist and, though Tansy insists that she is fine, she still goes and it seems to be helping a bit.
Year Fifteen
Ormonde and I took our flock to Disney, down in Florida, this year. All fourteen of us greatly enjoyed ourselves and had a blast. The kids get along well with one another and there is almost no fighting, well, no harmful fighting. All in all, we are relatively happy with our lives.

Rian and I bought a Fennec Fox this year. She is the most adorable, intelligent animal I've ever seen. We've named her Sarah.
Year Two
We sold our house and moved onto a houseboat, what an odd adventure! I much prefer this though, now on weekends and on vacation we don't have to worry about the house because we'll be in it! And, even better, we can go almost anywhere because most places are accessible by water.
Year Three
Taking my twin's advice Rian and I took a little time for ourselves out in the Bahamas. It was quite lovely and relaxing.
Year Four
Rian, Sarah and I headed to Niagara Falls. Oh, the falls were so beautiful, I'd never seen them before and what a sight it was!
Year Five
Name - Marcus Kosmatka (12)
A stray cat had been hanging around the docks for months and nobody claimed it. The thing was so sad-looking and matted that I took it to the vet who told me that, other than the fur and some ticks I had a perfectly healthy two-year-old cat on my hands. So, of course I convinced Rian that we should keep the cat and he agreed. Marcus gets along fairly well with his sister and the fighting has gone down considerably in the last three weeks.
Year Six
Name - Daisy Kosmatka (9)
Rian and I decided to get a Chocolate Labrador Retriever, who we named Daisy. She's even-tempered and gets along wonderfully with Sarah and Marcus. Although Sarah does not feel the same about her! She nips at Daisy's nose when she gets too close but Daisy just keeps on trying to play with her older sister.
Year Seven
Our little family moved off of the houseboat, though we still kept it just in case, and into a lovely house in California. Rian got a better job offer at a library out there and, really, as long as I'm near the sea I can work anywhere.

Stephen and I went to Rome this year to celebrate me becoming a full-fledged Doctor. We enjoyed the city, although I must admit we didn't see a lot of it, and the air was beautiful there.
Year Two
We moved to a small little cottage-like house in Maine, it is absolutely gorgeous there. We moved because I got a better job offer at the hospital than the one in Phoenix.
Year Three
We moved again, this time to a rather large house, still in Maine, in a effort to accomodate the children Stephen and I are planning on having.
Year Four

Emily was born eight weeks early, both of us are fine now, thank God, but we were worried about her lungs and everything being developed properly. Stephen and I keep close watch on our baby girl and she seems to be doing fine.
Year Five
Stephen, Emily and I went camping in Yosemite for two weeks this summer. It was a lot of fun. Emily really enjoys the water, always giggling when she's around it and trying to head towards it.
Year Six
We moved again, to another lavish house - still in Main. Emily is always trying to swim in the pseudo-moat thing we have out back and either Stephen or I are always careful to watch her. She gets into everything, that girl.
