I prefer Alice.
Alice -
Cons: It's increasing in popularity lately.
Pros: It has a nice sound, and it's a familiar name, which means that most people probably wouldn't misspell or mispronounce it. It also has a nice meaning.
Anne -
Cons: On the plain side. I prefer it to Ann, but it still seems lacking to me.
Pros: It's not too popular these days, and Annie is a cute nickname.
