[Opinions] I get called Cleo quite often
in reply to a message by Lily
Which I don't mind, because Cleo was my runner-up for my name change. In the end though I thought I was more Chloe-like than Cleo-like. So yes, I think it would be mistaked for Chloe (or "Cloe") quite often. I don't know if it will get common. People still joke about "Miss Cleo" a lot, and also a lot of my friends think of Cleo as a "cow's name" - no idea why, but maybe it's a cultural belief I'm just not aware of. I think of it as a cattish name myself.I like it a great deal, it's very sharp and chic. I too am torn between Clio and Cleo as spellings. I like the bright clarity of Clio, but, no doubt it would never be spelled correctly.
