I don't like it - it makes me think of Prunes. And it sounds really old fashioned because the actual word "prudence" is never used nowadays. Having said that, I do know a little girl aged around 3 called Prudence.

If you want middle names I think it needs to go with a really cute short middle name to even it out because Prudence is quite long and clunky.
