I do kind of like it, and I like the literary connection. It does feel pretty hipster, though. I think I'd give it an 8 out of 10. It is definitely masculine, but gently so. Definitely would suit any age.

I don't find the ending offputting. It's not like it's emphasized when you say the name aloud. I think Addy would be a wonderful nn for it!
