Everything about this BA screams troll to me. A woman named Irish and a man named Edgar-Allan? As in Poe? I suppose it is possible but seems pretty over the top.

It's from the Chandler Regional Hospital baby announcement website, so I'm pretty sure it's legit. Weird people tend to find each other.
