Auxiliadora... never heard of it. Where did you find it?

It is a common Spanish name. Has to do with the verb "to help" or "one who helps"..I was told it comes from Maria Auxiliadora or the virgin Mary that helps you. I know an older lady whose name is Ruth Auxiliadora and she explained it to me.
