I've thought maybe 'Andie' from the end of the name, but I don't really like that.

Erin or Ira

I think most nicknames for Ireland seem somewhat forced. Erin and Ira are the only ones that spring to mind immediately.

At a stretch, you could probably get Isla out of Irela.
