Well, with weird things listed under siblings in BAs I choose to believe that it's a pet for my own peace of mind, lol.
There was a Mouse listed under a sibling recently (like an actual name, with a capital letter) in the middle of other normal human siblings' names. I'm still living in hope that some poor child isn't actually called Mouse all the time so that they'd put it in a newspaper announcement that they'll presumably save.

Madame Cholet could even be a soft toy. In the Wombles stories (Wombles are rather like thickset Afghan hounds who walk on their hind legs, live on Wimbledon Common and pick up and recycle human litter. They inhabit TV sets and illustraed books, and are very sweet and daft and lovable. Mme Cholet - they all have geographical names - does the cooking for them.) Or she could be a suitably shaped dog! Either way, it's nice that she gets a mention.
I do see pets included as 'siblings' or playmates in BAs from time to time and find it cute. I have a dog and to her a new baby would be a sibling/new playmate.

I sure hope Madame Colet is a pet, in which case that's incredibly lame it was listed as a sibling. That aside, Harper-Rose Bluebell sounds like a celebrity's child's name. And strange that some parents had a son named Harry and named their daughter Henrietta. It's the same name, and it bothers me! I also think it interesting to see a male Harper. It's strongly associated with a female person, so kind of odd.
I do like Harriet Grace, Henry George Ian, Henry Arthur Nigel, and Hugo Rupert William. And individually I also like Henrietta, Harrison, Harry, and Hugh. Lots of good H names!
I saw two parents named Richard and Emma-- those names look really great together! But yes, more for a couple I think than siblings.

I think Harper isn't used much for either gender in the UK (it's never charted), so it still hasn't lost it's masculine image there.
