Neither. I have this thing about word names. If you are going to use them, spell them as you would find in the dictionary.

I have the same thing about Lily and Scarlet, but for some reason I don't mind Raine.

Thing is the name itself is usually not referring to water falling from the sky, so that's a moot point.
