Many of these are nice but I can't get over all of the El names (Eleanor, Ella, Ellie, Eloise)! Ditto with Em names.

Well, I have to admit I like many Em- and El- names myself (Emanuel, Ema, Elena...) so I can see the appeal.

I like Emily Alice, Euan Francis, Ewan Albert Nicholas, and Emanuel. Eann is interesting. How is it pronounced?

I've never seen Eann either, but if they're pronouncing it using Croatian phonetics it would be 'EH-ahn'.
