YEAR 1:
Brett and Kim have been married for only 1 months, and already have jobs, a house, and two cars. To celebrate all that they have accomplished in the short amount of time, they have decided to travel overseas. They will spend a week in Paris, France, for their 6 month anniversary.
YEAR 2:
It is Brett and Kim's 2nd year of their happy marriage, and they have decided that they would like to start a family. After looking on the internet for information on kids and adopting, they decided that they would like to start slow, so they are getting a pet. It is a small goldfish named Gilly.
YEAR 3:
It is Brett and Kim's 3rd year of marriage, and Brett has gotten a promotion. Instead of just an assistant chef, he is now the main chef.
YEAR 4:
In their 4th year of marriage, Brett and Kim have adopted their first child. She is an 11-year-old girl from Brazil named Alexandra.

To mark their 6-year anniversary, Brett and Kim have decided to adopt another child. They are wavy, brown-haired, and amber-eyed 5-year old twins from Indonesia. The firstborn of the twins by only one hour is named Eko, and the secondborn is named Setiawan.

YEAR 7:

YEAR 8:
Ever since last year's Grand Canyon Vacation, Alex (who ended up loving it), Eko, and Wan have been begging them to go on another family adventure. So this year, Brett and Kim have decided to visit Washington, D.C.
YEAR 9:
The taxes were beginning to climb in their area and Brett's income was dropping, so they have decided to move. They are moving to Florida. Alex was upset, because she had to bid all her friends farewell. Eko and Wan had been settled into the previous home quite well, so they did not like the idea of moving any more than Alex did.
YEAR 10:
Alex is 17 and will be going away to college soon, so they decided to adopt another girl. She is from Paraguay, has curly brown hair and green eyes, and is named Ana Cristina.

Since Alex, the mediator between the quarrelsome boys Eko and Wan, now 10, was gone, they began getting annoyed with eachother and wanted another boy in the house, so Brett and Kim are adopting... again. He is a 12-year old boy from Idaho with wavy blond hair, amber eyes, and his name was Christopher.

YEAR 12:
Chris has been adjusting well to the family, but htere is still one thing that was missing... a pet. Back in Chris's old home they had 10 pets: dogs, cats, lizards, fish, mice, and parrots. Brett and Kim went to the local pet shop and bought a Golden Retriever, whom Chris named Sammie.
YEAR 13:
Oh no! During his last checkup, the doctors noticed something wrong with Eko. After investigating the extremely low amount of insulin in his body, Eko has been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and must take Insulin Shots daily. Eko is really scared, but Brett, Kim, Ana, Chris, and Wan are trying to help him through.
YEAR 14:
After 14 years of being a school janitor, Kim's employer has finally decided that she deserved something better. She is now one of the kindergarten Phonics teachers.
YEAR 15:
Brett's sister, Lisa, has just died of Cancer and left him and Kim with 3 kids, all mourning their mother's tragic death.
