You think: What's with female names today? Geez! People like giving their daughter's more masculine names. I know I wouldn't.
2. These are my triplets. Stela and Misty are girls and Skyler is a boy.
You say: Triplets! You three must feel very special to have two others the same exact age as you in your family. I would!
You think: Stela should have two "l's". Misty is wonderful. Skyler is good.
3. This is my daughter Jenica. The J in her name is pronounced like the g in mirage.
You say: Ooo! You have quite the unique-sounding name, Jenica
You think: Hmmmm... not quite the pronunciation I'd have.
4. This is my son Liam. Just Liam.
You say: That is a nice name, Liam. It seems gentle but strong at the same time.
You think: Now THAT is a name worth having.
5. These are my daughters Ophelia and Adelina.
You say: You two are quite the young ladies.
You think: Ophelia? Adelina? At least give them names that are cute and bouncy.
6. These are my daughters Fiera and Miela. They are pronounced Fee-air-uh and Mee-ell-uh.
You say: Your mother gave you nice, youthful names, girls.
You think: Hmmmm... I guess unique is good.

You say: It's nice a sunny today, Kyler.
You think: Skyler? Maybe. Kyle? Maybe. Kyler? NO!

You think: Good choice.

You say: You are a cutie-pie, Hadley!
You think: Definitely a modern name. Hayley would be better.

You say: Lovely day today, isn't it, Elliot? Can we call you Ellie?
You think: Who in the world would name their DAUGHTER Elliot? Their son is okay, but their daughter?
