I'd say it's pronounced ay-ree-ON-a (or ie-ree-ON-a, depending where in Wales you are) (after searching it I guess it could be ayr-YON-a or ier-YON-a, too, but that's basically the same thing).
It is Welsh-- I found it here: http://kimkat.org/amryw/1_enwau/enwau_bedydd_cymraeg_geiriadur_1_1265e.htm and also when I googled Eirion there are a few examples of it as a fn on a Welshman. But I can't find anything regarding its meaning, and perhaps it's simply unknown since it isn't even listed in that link I gave. Eiriona would just be the feminine form of Eirion.
I don't really like the sound of it, personally.
