I think this isn't the Welsh name Kay but the variant of Kai which is pronounced KYE and male ;)

Or perhaps the Welsh Cai? Seriously, I hate Kai and Cai...I only like Kay.

LOL. I don't KNOW if it is a variant of Kai, I just assume that it is because Kai is fairly common in Germany while the Welsh Kay (or Cai) is not. But if the Welsh Kay is the only one you like, we'll just say it's Kay ;)
