When I hear Rosalind I think of a classy socialite; maybe an artist/poet/dilettante type.
Roz, however, is the head of HR with a picture of her dog on her coffee mug... and all the notices on her bulletin board are exactly perfectly spaced. You DO NOT want to cross her.
