1. Both are lovely but I love Adeline best.
2. Yes, they are both lovely. Are Charlotte and Maria family names? Otherwise Evelyn Marie might flow a little better.
3. It depends. If you use nn, they are not too similar (Ada, Addie, Eva, Evie).
4. Just do what you prefer. If you have many names you love, why not use two mn? Where I live (Sweden), it seems that two mn is the norm.
5. I love Anabel (prefer it spelt Annabel).
