Juno is one of those trying-too-hard off-beat names that I actually like, despite myself. I'd consider using it, provided its a few years in the future and people forget the movie a little.
In any case, the movie character isn't bad.
Alternatives might be other mythological names that have equally pizazz but no movie association. Like Hera.
