These are pronunciations in different languages. In English, JO-ah-kim is the traditional pronunciation. In German, yo-AH-kheem would be the traditional pronunciation. So the "most common" pronunciation would depend on what language you're speaking or what language the name bearer's parents spoke.

Nope.
And we probably wont know, until the very moment, that the priest asks for it in the church, so we can all hear it. The priest probably will not know the name either, until the moment he is to perform the christening. Odd, but that's how it is with the Danish royalty.
In case you don't know the date: January 21st, 2006. The time here in Denmark will be at 11:00 am. Find the time where you are, since I don't know that. It's a Saturday, by the way.
