Let's see. Theodore and Edward are the traditional ones. Others I could see might be:
Theodosius, Theodoric, Thaddeus, Tedros*, Frederick, Redmond (Red --> Ted), Jedidiah (Jed --> Ted), Tudor, Dietrich (Diet --> Ted), Deodatus, Thormond, Jared, Diarmuid / Dermot, Tilford, Armistead.
I know a lot of these are stretches. As strict as I am about formal names is as lax as I am about nns.
ETA: I just googled Tedros and according to Babynames.com it's an Ethiopean form of Theodoros.

1
