In June, right before their first anniversary, Noah and Cecilia found out that they were expecting. The baby was born a month premature due to Cecilia being stressed. She was born on Noah's birthday. Being her first born Cecilia wanted to name her Dakota and Noah, missing his musical roots, wanted the middle name to be Harmony.

Just after giving birth to Dakota, Cecilia found out she was pregnant again. This time, the baby was born two weeks late and labor was induced. They named the baby boy Noah after his father, and Troy after the Trojan War.

When Cecilia found out she was pregnant once more, she was extremely surprised. And when they found out she was carrying triplets, even more shocked. They had decided together they would give the triplets matching names, but they weren't expecting all girls. For the first name they decided that the names would all end in y, and the middle name would be favorite names that they agreed on.
YEAR FOUR 2025
Cecilia was glad when she realized that she wasn't pregnant again. She had five kids already and she knew they really named a break. They drove up to Ocean City, New Jersey to stay for a week. Cecilia's parents had a beach house in Ocean City and said Cecilia, Noah and the kids could use it whenever they wanted to. So, a family vacation was taken to help relax the overly stressed parents.

Everything had been quiet for about a year until Cecilia found out she was pregnant once more. Both she and Noah were estatic, but she wondered how much she'd be able to take. Liliana Eden was born on Christmas morning, a gift for her brother and sisters. Little Noah was upset that he only had another sister added to the four he already had. Both Noah and Cecilia loved the nickname Lily, but wanted a longer, more feminine name. So came Liliana. And Eden was picked due to the day Lily was born on.

This year wasn't a great on for the family. Cecilia's brother, Jeremy, lost his battle with cancer this year. He was only thirty-two years old. He had been a single father from the time his son, James, was born, as his wife died in labor. He also had an older daughter, Kaitlyn. Cecilia and Noah were the godparents of Kaitlyn. Jason hadn't the time to be baptized. Cecilia's mother and Jeremy's mother-in-law both agreed that Cecilia and Noah should take in the child, if at all posible. Cecilia, heartbroken, said yes and Noah backed her up one hundred percent. Katie, only being five at the time, didn't understand why Daddy wasn't home and why they were going to live with Aunt Cecilia and Uncle Noah. Cecilia couldn't bare to tell the child that now her father, like her mother, was no longer living. In the end, Cecilia told Katie that Daddy had gone to visit Mommy, and may not come back.

After the devastating loss of her brother, Cecilia found out she was pregnant once again. This would bring their child total up to nine, including Cecilia's niece and nephew. Cecilia and Noah discussed naming the baby, boy or girl, after her brother. She said if the baby was a girl they would give her a J name, but if the baby was a boy, they could give him Jeremy's middle name, Matthew. Oliver Matthew was born the evening of July 12, and Cecilia cried for the first time since Jeremy's funeral.

Cecilia was eight months pregnant when she had to go on a business trip to Australia for a sports medicine convention. Noah had to stay home and watch the kids, and luckily he was able to get time off of practice in order to watch the kids while she went to the convention for a week. Of course, there was no way the Cecilia could get out of it, even though she was eight months pregnant, with what she thought was twins. Halfway through their first meeting she went into contrations. She was on the phone with Noah the whole time, and was extremely upset that he was halfway across the world. She gave birth to not two but three baby boys, all premature. Noah and she had decided that, given the rare and unusual circumstances of the birth they were going to give their boys rather unusual names. Thus, Caspian, Othello and Presley were born.
YEAR NINE 2030
AD: Chelsea Grace (14, June 21 2022) [Australia]

While on her stay in Australia, waiting for her mother to come met her so she can help to take the boys home, Cecilia learned of a recent orphan, only seven years old, who had nowhere to go. Cecilia, thinking of her ophaned niece and nephew, felt for the child and discussed with Noah at great left adopting the girl. A year later, Chelsea Grace joined the large Kinosian family. Dakota welcomed her happily in as a new sister.
YEAR TEN 2031
After her unusal week in Australia, the rehabilation hospital she worked at told her about the offer the Washington Capitals had offered her: a job as the official medic for the team. Noah had played for the team before, but could no longer play due to a severe brain injury sustained during the last season. As he was no longer on the team it was okay for Cecilia to work as the medic without having emotional ties, other than her love for hockey. This also meant that she would have more free time and flexible hours during the summer. She readily accepted the offer, absolutely estatic.

Their names are very Italian, but luckily easy enough to say in English.

After expanding their family to fifteen children, Noah and Cecilia decided to relax with anymore kids. Instead, they bought a kitten for the kids to play with. Well, a couple of kittens.

Noah and Cecilia decided to take their obnoxiously large family on a trip to a national park, so that way the kids don't feel completely left out of what their friends are doing with their normal sized families. They decided to pick Valley Forge National Park, a trip that both Noah and Cecilia took when they were in eighth grade. They bought two large RVs and traveled up to PA to visit both sides of the family and Valley Forge and the rest of southeastern PA for about a month before coming back to Washington, D.C.

The triplets were premature and had to be taken by C-section. Noah gave full rein of names to Cecilia. So Cecilia named her new children Rosalie, Ethan and Sienna, but she let Noah help pick the middle names.
