Nils is the only one I'm unsure of. I wanted to use Tancred, a name that I adore, but it's listed as Germanic on the board. not Scandinavian.
As for having two names that start with the same letter? Not a big deal. My husband is Alexander, his brother is Anthony and it's not an issue.
I'd rather have my names be clunky than so perfect that they seem to be meaningless. Again we'll have to agree to disagree.
