No, you're not the only person. I like Cheryl. It has such a pretty lilt.
I also like Sherry, Cherry, and Cherilyn.

Do you prefer the "Sh" or "Ch" pronunciation? I like both, but I've only ever met Cheryls who pronounce it with "Sh."

Sherry and Cherry are also cute, especially Cherry.

I prefer the Sh prn. I've never even heard a Ch one. The latter wouldn't make much sense to me because Cheryl is supposed to be a combo of "cherie" or maybe "cher" and "beryl".
