Does anyone know who keeps records of the most common middle names? Or are there any?

There is a website out there somewhere where people can submit their middle name, and then it has them ranked by popularity. I tried google but I can't seem to find it! :( Hopefully someone here knows what I'm talking about!

I thought it was pretty interesting. I just wish they would divide it up by year or at least decade of birth.
Hey, maybe I should start conducting my own middle-name-by-birth-year study so I can see trends in them. No one ever studies middle names, just first names!
