Neat!
1. I love it, and the meaning is awesome.
2. nn Ana? -It's alright.
3. Anwen Morgana or Anwen Calandra
4. I'd use it.
I have to say, I was thinking of the name Calandra the other day, it was in a baby name book years ago that I read and I loved it (I'm talking more than 10 years ago). But it doesn't show up as a name here so I thought it was made-up or something?! It's neat to see someone else use it!

I taught an Anwen once who said she found it so inconvenient and such a gift to teasers and mockers that she went by Anne. What a pity!
I don't like the rhyminess of your combos: only Birgitte doesn't either end in -n or contain it in a stressed syllable; and it's a bit of a stretch culturally. I'd prefer something like Anwen Clare, Anwen Louella, Anwen Mary ...

Anwen nickname Ana is contrived. Ana is a name in its own right and you don't need fanciful Anwen to achieve it. If you like Anwen, go for it, it's unusual and pretty but I would not use it to get Ana.
I like Anwen Morgana, Rhian, Selene.
Sorry if I repeat any:
