I may be shooting in the dark here, but Daukas sounds Lithuanian to me. I can't confirm that, but you may want to look on some Lithuanian boards.

Pužar is Serbian and seems to come from a place so named in Serbia. Bolanis is Greek and Daukas is Lithuanian but I don't know their etymology.
