I prefer Isla but they work quite nicely together.

Isla and Aine both start with a vowel and have four letters, like Oona and Egan. It also happens that Aine, Oona (maybe too similar, though?), and Egan are Irish, while Isla is Scottish.

I think they're a bit rhymey, but workable.
