I love Thomasina. It's so pretty and I hardly ever see it as a first name, so it's great to see it - potentially at least - being considered for a real child. Because it's quite long it seems to me that a one-syllable name would fit nicely, so how about:
Thomasina Maud
Thomasina May
Thomasina Fleur
Thomasina Eve
Thomasina Clare
Thomasina Hope
Thomasina June / Joan / Jean / Jane
Thomasina Sian
Thomasina Kate
Thomasina Joy
Thomasina Blanche
Thomasina Merle
Thomasina Gwen
Thomasina Laure
Tamsin is nice, but seems to me more like a full name than a nn for Thomasina, which kind of wastes it :) I'd probably go with Tam, Tom or Mina.

sounds kinda old-ladyish to me, but let's see... Rather than going through all possibilities, I'll just go through a like list I have and pull fitting names that could be combined w/ it. Some fit better than others. Of course, it will also depend on what your surname starts w/.
Jocelyn
Rosalie
Bronwyn
Kelsey
Janelle
Rayael
Joelle
Jessica (I don't usually put 2 names ending in a in a row, but this kinda fit)
Jeannette
Raquel
Jessilyn
Stacey / Staci
Laurel (Laurelle)
Amity
Natalie
Brielle
Vivian
Mei
Hailey (u pick sp.)
Some of the best ones are Jpns., but since only some people are interested in using Jpns. names, I'll just add those if requested.
