Year 1.
During our second year of marriage we were already expecting. We are having a boy. We decided on the name DALLAS ELIJAH. He has black curly hair and blue eyes. He was born in the U.S. on a trip to Chicago. They were thrilled to be there for the birth of their first grandchild. Dallas was born on August 5th.
Year 2.
This year we added a pet to our family. We got a goldfish named Bubbly. Frankly we could not fit a big pet in an apartment with 3 already in it.
Year 3.
We took a trip to Northumberland. It was beautiful and Dallas loved being outside.
Year 4.
Early this year we decided to move to a house because we are adopting another son from the Hawaiian Islands. KALE AKONI is 10 years old and has straight black hair and brown eyes.
Year 5.
This was not such a good year. A drunk driver ran a stop light and hit me. Kale was in the backseat. Luckily he only broke an arm and needed 5 stitches in his head. I broke a leg and 3 ribs. I also needed 25 stitches on my left arm. However we are healing well Dai has been so helpful and even Dallas wants to help.
Year 6
We moved again to a slightly bigger house closer to the area that Dai farms. We are hoping to fill this house with more children soon.
Year 7
This time Dai was in a car accident. Luckily he was okay but Dallas who is 6 is wary of cars and is always telling people to be careful.
Year 8
Since Dallas we have been having trouble getting pregnant. So after 7 and a half years we turned to fertility treatment and are now expecting triplets. We are having 2 identical girls and a boy. JACQUELINE BRIGIT, LILIAN QUINN, and JACOB RIVER were born on October 21st. The girls have blonde wavy hair and brown eyes. Jake has straight brown hair and brown eyes. The scariest moment was that in 2 days I was to go to the hospital until they were born but they didn’t like that idea. Since the plan was to keep them in there as long as possible I didn’t know how long I would be there so I was at the library looking for books to take with me and, I think you know where this is going, they were all 3 born in the non-fiction section before the ambulance arrived.
Year 9
Well we weren’t planning on having any more kids this soon after the triplets but we found ourselves expecting another baby boy. Surprising since we tried so hard before with no luck. JORDAN DAKOTA was born on December 4th. He has wavy black hair and brown eyes.
Year 10
We are expecting again. This time we have a little girl. CHARLOTTE ROSE was born on November 12th. She has adorable blond curls and brown eyes. My due date however was December 30th. Luckily she was okay but very small.
Year 11
We moved to a farm house actually on the property that Dai farms. It is even bigger than the last one which is good with so many of us. This time the kids didn’t even have to switch schools.
Year 12
I was laid off from the restaurant that I was working for. Luckily I got another job quickly. It doesn’t pay as much but we need more than just Dai’s pay especially with Kale starting college this year.
Year 13
I got a promotion to head chef this year. Now I am making more money than I was at my old job. I did not expect this so soon so I am very excited. We were starting to worry about how to pay for Kale’s next year of college but now we think we can.
Year 14
Here was a real shocker. We thought we were going to be done with kids but God had something else in store. In fact another 3 things. We can’t believe we are having another set of triplets. These are all boys and are all fraternal. VINCENT ALEXANDER has blonde wavy hair and hazel eyes. CARTER DEVIN has straight brown hair and brown eyes. He looks just like Dai. SAMUEL DEAN has wavy blonde hair and green eyes. They were born on Christmas and are definitely a gift.
Year 15
Since we haven’t taken a vacation since it was just Dai, me, and Dallas we decided a family vacation was a must. We went to Florida and saw Disney World, Orlando Studios, and the Harry Potter World. The kids loved it.
