Well, I have a Biblical name, so I can't throw stones at Judith. No one ever assumes I'm Jewish because I have a Hebrew name, so I don't see why Judith would be any different.
Overall, I think it's respectable and intelligent, but I would never use it myself. I don't like the NN Judy, and the -ith leaves me cold.
