I would like to see it on a little girl: it's never been popular enough to be associated with a particular age.
If your potential Eva doesn't enjoy her name or is swamped in a class full of other Evas, she could be Jenny if she was Geneva. Might be a good thing! As usual, I would go for the option that offers more options.
