Well, they're not from the same marriage so when his second daughter was born they probably thought that they weren't going to have any more kids and named her after him. And there are plenty of full siblings that have matching names (I know an Ivica and Ivana, Mario and Marija, etc.) and while I don't like it it's not that bad. At least they have normal names.
