Story: The Goose Girl

Mathias and Alodia, after getting back from there journey they relaxed until they found that a kingdom, Hedrlendd declared war on them. The war was fought quietly until the Hedrlendd's attacked and laid siege to the castle. Alodia was horrified and scared for her children. Anneliese tried to be strong for her little sister; Iliana cried every night. When the worst was to be assumed, trumpets cried and heralds announced the good news, there allies were here! As soon as the Hedrlendd's were gone little princess Evangeline was born! She is small and a little frail due to her mothers constant worry but is otherwise just fine. Unlike her sisters she has her fathers dark brown hair, also her mothers blue eyes. Mathias is glad 'Evie' as they call her looks like him. Anneliese gravely predicted Evie will be his favorite before laughing over that Evie was her favorite to. Evie's name comes from Evangeline's meaning "good news", after the trumpet announcing there safety. Felicitas was a slightly foreign name meaning "good luck". Joanna was after Alodia's late father John, and both the girls picked Hope.
