Four years have gone by. Matt was transferred to an air base near the Mexican border two years ago, and the family is happy to be back in the US. Matt and Rosie had a son just before Matt was transferred. Amber and Eddie are approaching their fourth wedding anniversary. They have a one year old daughter named Stella. Joey finished medical school last year and he has recently started dating. Emma and Samuel were married three years ago and have since had twins. Alice just finished up getting a degree in business. She has decided to start her own gymnastics school and figured some business courses would help. She and her husband Cliff have been married for two years and are expecting their first child. Sara just started practicing physical therapy. She loves what she does. She dated a guy for about three years in college, but they broke up a few months ago. Elena's gymnastics career ended three years ago when she was involved in a car accident with a drunk driver. She suffered a traumatic brain injury and was in a coma for several days. She is still in therapy, but functions at a moderate level. Jason plays ice hockey in the minor leagues. He makes a living for himself and loves what he does. Recently, he and his girlfriend announced that they were getting married. Alan is in his sophomore year at college. He's studying chemistry and wants to be a lab analyst or a biochemist. Mary's acting career didn't really get off the ground, but she has landed a few small television roles. She is currently dating an aspiring writer.
