I love it. It's quietly elegant and a little bit severe. Also, super-flexible for nns! I like Frederika too, and Frieda / Freda. Frederica Marion and Frederica Maud are my favourites from the list. I'm also partial to Frederica Edith, Frederica Louise, Frederica Viola and Frederica Ursula.

I love this name. But only spelled Fredrika. Combos I like:
Fredrika Alice -- But the flow is off. I think Alice Fredrika sounds better.
Fredrika Elinor/Eleanor -- Prefer Ellinor or Eleanore. Fredrika Eleonora would be even better!
Fredrika Eveline
Fredrika Leonore
Fredrika Melisande -- Wow. Gorgeous.
Fredrika Millicent
Fredrika Ottilie -- I think Ottilie Fredrika or Fredrika Ottilia sounds better.
Fredrika Vivienne

Hmm. At first, I thought, no, this name is too clumsy and awkward, even for me. But then, I let it sink in a bit, said it a few times, and now it is warming to me. What started as a repulsion is now the attraction: "fredder-eeka" I said to myself, and cringed at first, but now the idea of using the silly "Fredder" as a girl's nickname seems fun. Frederica is like Henrietta; it's a giant towering meringue of a name, so absurdly something that is has a kind of horrifying charm. I'm not entirely sure yet if I like Frederique a touch more because it has that same my-god-I-can't-stop-looking-at-it quality, only even more of it.I'm liking:Frederica Rosaline
Frederica Peony (Peony Frederique! look at that!)
Frederica Lavender
Frederica Cybele
Frederica Celestine
Frederica Semele (this one especially has a terrible-terror quality about it, just say it: "The dreadful tale of Frederica Semele", see how marvelous that was?)
Frederica Emmeline
Frederica Hazel - deliciously witchy, you just know this one spends a lot of time in a tumble-down cottage in a twisty old forest. they all sound like Miss Havisham type women with dreadful collections of scandalous secrets in dusty old attics that you just know you want to hear about and lie awake at night relishing how awful those tales are.

i must say I prefer Federica, maybe just because it's what I'm used to. Alice and Vivien are the best mns.
