Do you think Nico is a good nickname for Dominic? I know that Dominic doesn't end in -o and I prefer it that way but I think having his nickname end in -o is subtle and ties in well with my son Matteo who goes by Teo.

What do you think... yay or nay?

I think Nico is a fine nickname for Dominic, in fact I like it a lot. Teo and Nico go very well together.

I like Nico for Dominic a lot. Very nice. Nico and Teo are a litte too matchy for my personal tastes, but I'd rather see Nico and Teo than Masidynnnn and Ka8tlennn, heh.

Nico works as a nn for Dominic, but I think I prefer just Nic.

Yeah, I think it works. And after all, the Italian form of Dominic is Domenico so the Nico part is present there. It's more than enough to make the connection, imo. In fact, it makes more sense than many nns I can think of off the top of my head.

Yeah, I know a kid named Dominic who goes by Nico. I think it works just fine.
